Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition with tags intact
A Note on Hygiene:
Since our products are designed for little ones, hygiene is extremely important to us.
We kindly request that returned items meet the above conditions so we can continue delivering safe and fresh products to every child.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
